At Elevia Digital Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. However, due to the nature of our work—which involves time, planning, and intellectual input—our refund policy is outlined as follows:
1. General Policy
As a service-based business, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered or partially completed. This includes but is not limited to strategy sessions, advertising campaign setups, graphic design, social media management, or consulting hours.
2. Advance Payments and Retainers
Clients may be required to pay in advance for certain services or retainers. These payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service agreement at any time by providing written notice. However, you will be billed for any work completed up until the date of cancellation. If you have prepaid for services not yet delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our sole discretion.
4. Unsatisfactory Services
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us at eleviadigitalsolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of service delivery. We will review your concerns and aim to find a mutually satisfactory resolution, which may include revisions or alternative solutions. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases, and only if we have not yet started the agreed work.
5. No Refunds for Results-Based Expectations
We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., increased sales, followers, or website traffic) as they depend on multiple external factors beyond our control. Therefore, refunds will not be granted based on perceived lack of results.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of this policy and may result in termination of service and legal action.
